Your Data & Deletion

Stops future syncing immediately. Your already-synced videos, performance history and creator-specific Creative Intelligence are kept, so reconnecting the same account later resumes its history instead of starting over. To delete that data rather than pause it, use Delete your account and data below.

Canceling renewal leaves access active until the end of the current trial or paid billing period. A subscription bought in the BRKOUT app is managed in your App Store or Google Play account. Ending a subscription does not delete your data on its own — to remove it, request deletion as described below.

In Settings → Privacy & Data, choose Request account deletion — on the website or in the BRKOUT app. After a 15-day waiting period in which you can cancel, BRKOUT automatically and permanently removes your login, the workspace you own, connected creator data, synced content, analytics history, reports, patterns and derived Creative Intelligence that BRKOUT no longer needs to retain. Once carried out, it cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that in your store account.

In Settings → Privacy & Data you can download a copy of your data or ask for a correction. You can also email BRKOUT for access to personal information associated with your account, correction, deletion, or a copy of information that BRKOUT can reasonably provide. BRKOUT may verify identity before completing a privacy request.
